Instructions
Step 1
Download and install the Nokia PC Suite non-hard drive. This software product is distributed free of charge. You can find the program using search engines or download it on the website www.nokia.ru. Install the utility on a personal computer, preferably in the system directory. Run the program by double clicking on the shortcut on the desktop.
Step 2
Connect your phone to your computer using a miniUSB connection cable. If this is not included with the phone, you can easily find it in any computer store. The phone will ask which mode to connect to: select Nokia Mode. The cable is connected first to the phone, and then to the personal computer. Disconnection occurs using "Safely Remove Hardware".
Step 3
Back up your contacts' phonebook data using Nokia PC Suite. To do this, launch the program and select the "Contacts" item, made in the form of a blue book with a handset. The program will download data from the phone and display it as a list. Now, the next time you connect, Nokia PC Suite will compare the available data and make changes.
Step 4
Synchronize data through the appropriate item in the program menu. Back up your data through the "Backup" item. In the future, if you lose your notebook, you can restore it using a backup. Keep your Nokia PC Suite version and phone software up to date. Use the item "Phone software update" to download the latest software version from the manufacturer to your mobile phone. Check for viruses.
