Step 1
After deleting necessary data, never perform any operation on the hard disk. Open your browser and download Easy Recovery. Make sure the version you select matches your operating system. Install the app. If the video files were on the system partition of the hard drive, then the installation is best done on another local disk. In this case, it is recommended to use another computer to search for the program. The longer you use your PC, the less likely it is to recover your data successfully.
Step 2
Run the program after installation. Open the Advanced Recovery item located in the Data Recovery menu. This will allow you to choose the optimal data recovery options. Select the local drive containing the required video files. Click the Next button. Hard disk scanning will start immediately after pressing this button.
Step 3
Wait for the program to complete its operations. This process usually does not take more than an hour, but a lot depends on the performance of the computer and the size of the selected volume. After the scan is complete, you will be presented with a list of the files found. Check the boxes next to the ones that you need to return.
Step 4
Click the Next button. Select the local drive where the specified files will be saved. Enter the folder name. In this case, it is recommended to use any other local disk. If your hard drive is not divided into volumes, then use a USB drive.
Step 5
Click the Save button. Check the quality of the recovered data. If you find corrupted files, open the File Repair menu and try to restore the integrity of the video files. To increase the likelihood of successful data recovery, you should start this process immediately after deleting it.
