If you are tired of all the audio recordings that are on your computer, then you will probably turn on the radio to hear something new, but what if you really liked some song, but you didn’t hear who the performer was, so that later you could download it from which - any site? Everything is extremely simple: use the special function of the WinAmp player to record the track you like.
Instructions
Step 1
Download from the Internet and install the WinAmp multimedia player on your personal computer. It is a free and very popular program for listening to music and watching videos. It can be downloaded both from the official website of the manufacturer, and from any other resource convenient for you. Also don't forget to download a special plugin for the player called StreamRipper. Because without it, you will not be able to record the radio in a vinamp.
Step 2
Install the StreamRipper plugin after the WinAmp player itself is installed on your personal computer. Installing the plug-in will not take much time and will not cause any difficulties. The installation directory will be determined by the program itself, you just need to agree with the terms of the license agreement and start the installation process.
Step 3
Start the WinAmp player after the plug-in installation is finished, the window of which will open automatically when the player starts. Now, to record the radio in a winamp, go to the radio station's website and download the file in M3U format to connect to the broadcast. Now for the recording process itself. In the window of the newly installed plugin, you will see 3 buttons. If it is Russified, then they will be called: "Start", "Stop", "Properties".
Step 4
Please note that all tracks that you recorded from the radio in the winamp are automatically saved on the desktop. To change the directory for saving records, click the "Properties" button, in the window that appears, click the "File" button and set a new address, where all recorded files will be saved later.
Step 5
Press the Start button to start recording and the Stop button to end it. You can listen to the recorded files in the same player. To do this, you need to go to the folder that you specified as the location for saving the recordings and start the recorded tracks.
