Often Windows operating system users encounter problems when customizing the taskbar, which contains the main Start menu button. If you detach this panel from its location, then it can be moved around the screen, for example, located vertically on the right side of the monitor window. The following are ways to move the taskbar to any part of the screen.
Instructions
Step 1
Right-click on the Start button and select Properties.
Step 2
In the "Properties of the taskbar and start menu" go to the tab "Taskbar". Uncheck the Dock taskbar checkbox and click OK.
Step 3
Press and hold the left mouse button on the taskbar, drag it to the desired part of the screen.
Step 4
The taskbar position can be restored to its default position.
Boot your computer in Safe Mode, to do this, while the computer boots up, press and hold the F8 key, in the menu that appears, select "Safe Mode". After rebooting the computer in normal mode, the taskbar will be restored to the bottom of the screen.
