Computer monitors have a whole set of characteristics that users often don't even know they have, let alone modify them in any way. One of these characteristics is the display frame rate of the image. It denotes how many times per second the image on the computer screen is refreshed, and, if necessary, you can change, increase or, conversely, downgrade.
