Step 1
This method of changing the picture that appears when the operating system is loaded is available only for the standard version of Windows Seven. To perform this operation, you need to download the Windows 7 Logon Background Changer program to your hard disk.

Install this utility and register. Registration takes a little time.

Open the program. In the main window of the program you will see the very picture that you have now. You can change the folder with pictures, thus you can set your own picture. To do this, click the Choose a folder button and add another folder with pictures.

Pictures have loaded - select any picture by highlighting it with the mouse. Click Apply on the image of the selected picture.
