Necessary

  • - a computer with a Windows operating system;
  • - Internet connection;
  • - the installation disc for your version of Windows.

Instructions

Step 1

Right-click on the "EN" or "RU" icon in the lower right corner of the screen.

Step 2

In the list of functions that opens, select the "Options …" item.

Step 3

In the opened window "Languages and text input services" in the field "Installed services" click the "Add …" button.

Step 4

In the "Add input language" window, which has opened now, open the drop-down list in the "Input language" field and select the language you need from the options presented.

Step 5

In the "Keyboard layout or input method" field, open the drop-down list and select the desired layout from the options presented.

Step 6

Click the OK button. The layout you need will appear in the "Installed services" field, where you can see its name and the icon with which it will be indicated in the language bar (in the lower right corner of the screen). Using the "Delete" button you can easily get rid of unnecessary layout.

Step 7

Click the "Apply" button and then the "OK" button located at the bottom of the window.

Step 8

If you have not found the layout you need in the corresponding list, as is often the case with some oriental and rare languages, do not be discouraged. You can copy the required layout from the Windows installation disc or find the required language pack on the Internet.
