In safe mode, all additional functions are disabled, but only standard system services and a basic set of drivers are loaded, which helps to solve problems of a certain type.

Step 1
Make sure all CDs, DVDs, and USB drives have been removed and the data stored on them is not being used.
Step 2
Open the Start menu and select Turn Off Computer. In the drop-down menu, click Restart. If the restart operation does not start for a long time, use the "Restart" button located on the system unit.
Step 3
Wait for the data on the computer manufacturer, memory check, BIOS settings, etc. to disappear. This data will appear on the monitor at the beginning of the reboot.

Press the F8 key, which is located on the top row of keyboard buttons. Some versions of Windows at this point themselves offer to press F8. It is also possible to configure system parameters to automatically suggest pressing the F8 key at each boot of the operating system. Another option is to select the length of time to wait for a response.
Step 5
Some Windows versions at this stage may prompt you to specify the drive containing the OS. Press Enter to select and press F8 again.
Step 6
Select one of the secure boot options in the window that opens. This window is a black screen with white letters listed on it, Windows boot options. When you select Safe Mode, only basic system services and a set of basic drivers will be loaded.
To add network services and drivers to the standard complex, select "Safe Mode with Network Drivers Loading."
If there is a need to disable the OS graphical interface, then select "Safe Mode with Command Line Support". It should be remembered that navigation in safe mode is possible only with the keyboard (arrow keys), because the mouse driver is not a basic one.

Please note that the lack of action on your part will automatically load the configuration that will be highlighted on the monitor screen.
