Windows users have the ability to rotate the system screen and set it to the desired angle for ease of use. This can be done in the display and video card settings.
Instructions
Step 1
See which operating system is installed. Windows Vista or 7 users should right-click on the desktop in the area free of icons and shortcuts to open the context menu. In it you need to select the sub-item "Screen resolution". This will launch the display settings dialog.
Step 2
Click on the "Orientation" label and select the option to rotate the screen from the drop-down list. You can choose one of four possible rotation options. Once you've identified the option you want, click OK.
Step 3
Apply an even easier way to rotate the image on the screen in these same operating systems. Right-click on the desktop to open the context menu and select Graphics Options. Go to the "Rotation" subsection. This also gives you access to the four angles of rotation and can choose the one you want.
Step 4
Use the Windows XP method to change the screen orientation. In this case, the rotation method depends on the model of the video card you have. If you have NVIDIA hardware, right-clicking on the desktop will display the NVIDIA Control Panel item in the drop-down menu. Click on it and click in the panel that opens on the list of tasks on the left, on the item "Display rotation". You will have access to four orientation options. The orientation is changed in a similar way on video cards from ATI, the only difference is in the name of the control panel in the menu, which will contain the corresponding name of the manufacturer.
Step 5
Try the alternative on Windows XP. Find the video card icon in the system tray of your desktop and right-click on it. Select the "Rotation parameters" section in the context menu. This will launch the list of rotation options already mentioned. Select the appropriate one and save the screen settings.
