You cannot completely remove the taskbar from the desktop. It can be automatically hidden, it can be closed by other windows, or it can be located not in its usual place at the bottom of the screen, but, for example, at the top. To make it always visible and return to its place, follow these steps.

Step 1

Find the taskbar. To do this, minimize all windows and move the mouse cursor to each edge of the screen, the taskbar should appear.

Step 2

Right-click on it and select "Properties" from the drop-down menu.

In the window that opens, check the box "Show the taskbar on top of other windows".

Step 4

Uncheck the "Automatically hide the taskbar" box.

Click "OK" to save your changes.

Step 6

Move the taskbar to the bottom of the screen. To do this, right-click on it and uncheck the "Dock the taskbar" line.

Step 7

Left-click on an empty area of the taskbar and hold it down and drag the taskbar to the bottom edge of the desktop. Release the mouse button.

Check the checkbox "Dock the taskbar" back.
