Making a clip from photos is not difficult. However, before creating such a video, it would be necessary to properly ungroup the photos. It is possible to add some additional effects (at the discretion of the user) and, if desired, select music for the clip.

Step 1
First of all, you need to work with the images. To create a simple clip, it is desirable that all images are the same size. Therefore, of course, if there are a lot of images, then it is better to create a separate folder for them. You can quickly and conveniently resize images using the IrfanView image viewer. You need to do it like this: open the image, then select the "image" tab, then click "resize the image". All images must be of the same size. The program has an additional option "some standard sizes", and in this way you can choose a certain size for each photo each time (very convenient if there are too many photos).
Step 2
For additional work with your images, it is recommended to install the graphics editor Adobe Photoshop. The program has many functions for both professionals in this business and for beginners. There are many options for fonts, themes, styles, i.e. virtually any user can decorate a photo with little effort.
Step 3
When you have finished assembling the frames, edited them at your discretion, then you can already start creating a clip from photos. To create such a clip, a standard Windows video editor is quite suitable. In versions prior to Windows Vista, it was called Windows Movie Maker, but then the name was changed to Windows Movie Maker. If it was installed with Windows, it is most likely located at: Start - All Programs - Accessories - Windows Movie Maker or Windows Film Studio. If the program is not installed, then it can be downloaded from the official Microsoft website.
Step 4
The standard video editor is quite easy to use, even for beginners. You just need to enter the photos into the program, and then select and add them to the frames. It is also possible to correctly adjust the video time, so that you can then add any music track there. Once complete, you just need to "save video as". When saving, it is advisable to select the maximum video quality.
