Do not be alarmed - all the owners of these devices, we have come across this. You can connect such a clever device to the monitor without the help of experts from technical support. Thanks to the instructions, you can easily do it yourself.
Instructions
Step 1
Use the standard cables provided with the receiver to connect to the monitor. Fortunately, all receivers are very similar in this respect. Use the yellow cinch connector, the audio is output in white and red cinch. The receiver is connected to the computer through the RS-232 port. In general, you can already start using the receiver when a signal is received from the converter and a receiver is connected to the video output. Typically, it is labeled IF Input or LNB IN.
Step 2
Use an HDMI cable to connect the receiver to your HDTV. Connect one end to the HDMI output located on the back of the receiver, and the other to the same input on your TV. This connection will provide better picture and audio transmission. This is the easiest and most convenient way, no questions asked. It can only work if the receiver and monitor have the appropriate outputs.
Step 3
If the receiver cannot convert video signals, then connect the receiver to the monitor with not one, but several cables. How to do this will depend on the outputs of the connected components.

Use the connection diagram that comes with the receiver in the operating instructions. There is usually one of the most standard wiring diagrams typical for your receiver. Perhaps you will be lucky and it is she who will suit you. Then you don't have to invent anything.
Step 5
Remember that no matter how you decide to connect the receiver, use the best of the existing connection types, use the least amount of wires (this will speed up the signal transmission and will not spoil the aesthetic appearance of the "picture"). Remember that the shorter and more expensive (meaning better) the wires are, the better the audio and video signal will be.
