Step 1
The driver for Win'95 / 98 / Me was prepared by "Earle F. Philhower, III Inc." It is very easy to install.
Step 2
Choose "Start", then "Control Panel".

There you will find the "Game Devices" folder. Click on this folder.
Step 4
You will see that the "Game Device" window has opened, that is, the control panel for these joysticks. At the bottom there is an "Add" button. Click it.
Step 5
There will be no joystick in the list that appears. Select "Install from disk" You must specify the folder where the file dirctpad.pro is located. The *.inf file should appear in the left column. Click "Ok" two times.
Step 6
Select the item "Finish". Go back to the joystick list. The item "DirectPad Pro Controller" and the line "DirectPad Force Feedback Controller" should appear there. If your joysticks are simple, choose the first item ("DirectPad Pro Controller"). In all other cases, select "DirectPad Force Feedback Controller". Click "Ok".
Step 7
Before installing the driver, be sure to check if there is a Game port. If not, install it.

Find the joystick, right-click to enable "Properties".
Step 9
Find the tab called "Configure". Select the type of joystick. In the ID item, click “ID Controller”. In the "Parallel Port" menu, set the LPT port to which the joysticks are connected. In the same "Properties" you can see the work of joysticks, their calibration.
