Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + S or select Properties … from the Machine menu. Using the list on the left side of the dialog that appears, switch between the options sections. Start the virtual machine. Select Start from the Machine menu, context menu, or toolbar. A new window will open

Install the operating system from the media you selected in the third step. Proceed in the same way as if the operating system were installed on a real computer. If the boot disk is not detected, specify it. To do this, restart the machine using the "Reset" item in the "Machine" menu, then enter the BIOS by pressing F12 and select the desired option

Step 6

Boot the installed operating system. After the installation is complete, turn off the virtual machine by selecting the "Close …" item in the "Machine" menu.
