It is not the first year that torrent clients have been winning out of all known file hosting services on the Internet. Let them be difficult to call the name of the exchanger we are used to, because the torrent client technology involves placing files not on the server, but on the computers of the users themselves. Nevertheless, the technology of p2p networks is of interest to many computer users. With its help, you can download almost any file to your computer. The most famous clients of p2p networks include utorrent, bittorrent and eMule, which will be discussed now.

Step 1
After installing the program, launch the application by double-clicking on the "donkey" icon. The first window that you see will notify you of your choice of language, i.e. the language settings for the program will be set. Then a warning will follow that you can run multiple applications. Answer no, using multiple clients at once would be unwise.
Step 2
In the main window of the program, you will see a list of servers from which files will be copied to your computer. This set is included in the program, but you can add new servers. Click the "New Server" button. In the window that opens, enter the address of any service. If you do not already know, enter the IP address - 217. 106. 18. 50, port - 4661 and assign any name to the server. After clicking on the "Add" button, your server will be added to the general list of servers. Next, right-click on the new server, select "Add to permanent server list".
Step 3
Now all that remains is to configure the client for fast file exchange. Click the "Settings" button in the upper menu of the program. Enter any nickname in the "Name" field - this is your distinguishing feature on the network.

Go to the "Connection" tab. Here you can completely configure the connection to the client's servers. By default, this tab contains the optimal values, if you don't want to experiment, you can go further. Here you can set restrictions on the incoming (Download) and outgoing (Upload) speed of the client. It is also worth activating the Lancast parameter to improve the client experience.
Step 5
The next tab is "Proxy settings". If you connect to the network using a proxy server, configure it according to the documentation received upon connection, or contact those. support from your provider.
Step 6
Now it remains to configure the connection to the client's server, select the necessary options and save the changes. On the "Server" tab, activate the following items:
- secure connection to the server;
- smart check for LowID when connecting to the server;
- always filter bad IPs;
- maintain a connection.
