Each program, whether it be a graphics or sound editor, player or game, makes certain system requirements for the computer: the presence of a certain amount of free memory, a certain processor power, the generation of the motherboard, the screen resolution of the monitor, etc. You can view the system compliance with the system requirements of the program in the computer's Properties menu.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the Desktop folder in File Explorer. To do this, open any folder (preferably "Computer" or "My Computer"), then use the arrows to climb the required number of levels higher.
Step 2
Find the computer icon on the desktop. Right-click on it and select the "Properties" line in the context menu.
Step 3
Depending on the type of operating system, properties can be displayed in a single window or in multiple tabs. System data (performance, processor, memory) are listed in the System tab or in a similar property section. Compare the system settings with the system requirements of the program being installed.
