Do you want to surprise your family and friends with a picture in which they are captured? This is possible even if you don't know how to draw at all. It is enough to find a suitable photo and use a special program for image processing.

Instructions
Step 1
You can create a picture from a photo in a few minutes. To do this, use any version of the "Virtual Artist" program. Download the application, unpack the archive with the program and install it on your computer. Launch the app and start creating your own masterpiece.
Step 2
On the toolbar in the upper left corner, find the "File" section, click on the button with the corresponding inscription and in the drop-down window select the "Open photo" option. In the new window, specify the location of the image you need and select a photo. Then click the "Open" button, thereby you will add your image to the project.
Step 3
Now start processing. Select the style of your future painting by clicking on the icon representing the palette, or by going to the "Image" section on the top toolbar. You can choose the design of your canvas by checking the desired item and choosing one or another style in the same section.

Or do it differently. After opening the photo, on the right side of the working window, the "Picture settings" panel will appear with a list of possible options for image processing. Choose from the proposed options the style of your painting: watercolor, burning, mosaic, pencil, cubism, impressionism, comics. To do this, click on the button with the corresponding inscription. Then, in the "Painting settings" section at the bottom of the working window, mark the necessary parameters: type and size of the brush, direction of strokes, paints, canvas type, if necessary, indicate the material of the surface on which your drawing should be "applied".
Step 5
After that, click on the "Create Painting" button. Here you can also see what you have done. If the final version of the picture suits you, select the "Save" option in the "File" menu and, by moving the slider, mark the parameters you need: image size (to print a photo on a sheet of 9x12, 10x15, 20x30 format, for viewing on a monitor or leave the original size). Here, specify how your drawing should look by choosing one of the options offered: as sharp as possible, use the best option, or moderately blurry. Click OK and mark the image quality (as a percentage). Specify the path to save the picture.
Step 6
Optionally, you can also decorate your painting with frames by selecting them using the "Frames" option on the toolbar or from the "Image" menu.
