Step 1

Turn on your computer. Insert the boot disk for the operating system into the optical drive of your computer. After restarting the PC, continuously press the F5 key (depending on the motherboard model, the alternate keys may be F8 or F12).

Step 2

The menu for selecting the option to start the computer appears. Select your optical drive (CD / DVD) as the startup source and press Enter. Wait a few seconds for the disc in the drive to spin up. Then the screen will display the message "Press any key to start the disk" (press ani key boot from cd). Accordingly, press any key on the keyboard.

Step 3

After that, the disk will start and the process of loading files into the computer's RAM will begin. Wait for the first dialog box in which you select "System Restore". Windows will be scanned for errors, missing files will be restored. After that, the computer will restart and will already start in normal mode.

If after you chose your drive as the source of the system boot, nothing happened, you need to select the computer boot device in the BIOS. To do this, turn on the PC, and immediately after turning on, press the DEL key. After that you will be taken to the BIOS menu. In it, select the First primary device item. At this point, you can enter the order of starting the computer devices. Select your optical drive as the first download source for your PC. To do this, just press Enter near the number "1", after which a list of devices will appear. From this list, select your optical drive (CD / DVD) and press Enter.

Step 5

Then exit the BIOS menu. To do this, press Enter on the Exit line. A window will appear asking you to save the settings. In this window, select the Save And Exit item. The computer will reboot and the system will start from the boot disk. Further, the procedure is the same as in the previous paragraph.
