Modern life is almost impossible to imagine without the Internet. Every day, people spend most of their free time online. With the help of the Internet, people work, relax, listen to music and simply find out the news, and with the advent of Wi-Fi, working with the Internet has become even easier.
Thanks to Wi-Fi data transmission technology, people can take advantage of its capabilities anywhere (where there is a Wi-Fi network). Of course, just setting up Wi-Fi isn't enough. For its full-fledged work on mobile devices, it also needs to be configured.
Wi-Fi on iOS
Wi-Fi setup can be dramatically different on each operating system. IOS devices require the most internet. Naturally, the owner of such a device can perform the simplest actions (call, send SMS, etc.), but for everything else, such devices require an Internet connection.
In order to set up an iOS device, you need to have a Wi-Fi access point within reach, to which you need to connect. In order to set up a Wi-Fi network on your device, you need to go to the settings of your mobile device and select "Wi-Fi networks" After you click on the Wi-Fi enable button, a list of all available connections will automatically open. In this list, you need to find the one to which you are going to connect, click on it and enter the SSID key. After the first successful login, the mobile device system will automatically remember the login information.
Wi-Fi on Windows Phone
In order to use the Wi-Fi network on a mobile device that has the Windows Phone operating system, you need to select the "Settings" item in the list of applications, and then find Wi-Fi. In the line "Wi-Fi network", you need to enable the connection, after which the phone will automatically search for all available networks. You need to find the connection to which you are going to connect and select it. Next, you need to enter your username and password, and only after that, the phone will be able to connect to the network.
Wi-Fi on Android
On mobile devices, based on Android, everything is about the same. First you need to go to "Settings" and select "Wireless networks". Here you need to check the box next to the Wi-Fi item. The phone will automatically search for all available networks and, if it finds unblocked ones, it will connect to them. If you want to connect to your own network, then you need to go to the "Wi-Fi Settings" item, where you can see a list of all available connections. In the list, you need to find the connection that suits you and select it, enter the password and if you log in successfully, you can use the Wi-Fi network.
