Step 1
Start by identifying the exact name of the video adapter used in your mobile or desktop computer. Open your PC case and look at your graphics card model. If you are using a laptop, visit the website of the mobile computer manufacturer and find out the model of the video adapter.

Open the official AMD website. Move your cursor over the Find Drivers field. After opening the table, select the first column. Navigate to Desktop (Notebook) Graphics when using a desktop (mobile) computer.

In the next column, select a product line. In your case, you must specify the item Radeon HD Series. In the third column, select the model of the video card, focusing only on the first digit, for example, Radeon 6XXX.

Now click the Find Result button, after specifying the operating system currently installed. Of the programs offered by the site, you only need one - Catalyst Software Suite. Click the Download button and wait until the file is downloaded to your hard drive.

Now run the installer file and follow the prompts of the step-by-step menu. After completing the installation of the program, restart your computer.

If you were unable to determine the model of the video adapter yourself, use the auto-fit option provided by the site's creators. Be sure to fill in the first column, choosing a desktop or mobile PC. In the next paragraph, select the Auto Detected and Install option.
Step 7
Next, you will be prompted to download and install AMD Driver Autodetect. Click the Download button and run the file after the download is complete. In the start window of the program, click the "Download" button.
Step 8
The utility will automatically download the Catalyst Software Suite application suitable for your graphics card. Install this program. Reboot your computer. Adjust the mode of operation of the video adapter.
