Sometimes the computer goes into a state that users describe as "everything slows down!" How to quickly determine which program is slowing down your computer? In Windows, the standard tools are sufficient for this.
Necessary
Windows computer
Instructions
Step 1
Launch the Task Manager. The easiest way to do this is with the Ctrl-Shift-Esc keys, although I usually launch it using the context menu (right-click) on the taskbar.
Step 2
Now we switch to the "Processes" tab and sort all running applications by the degree of processor load. Just left-click on the "CPU" column header.
Step 3
The program that slows down the computer pops up. Now, on the line with the program, you need to right-click and search for information about the application on the Internet.
Braking program (s) found. If it turned out to be an antivirus, then try to limit the level of its activity by lowering the scan level in it. If the antivirus activity increases only occasionally, then perhaps we are dealing with a scheduled full scan, which is automatically launched by the antivirus from time to time. You can increase the interval between such regular scans in the settings or disable them altogether.
