The noisy operation of a personal computer sometimes indicates a hardware problem, sometimes it's just a matter of settings, which, apparently, were not even carried out. There are several ways to fix the problem.

Step 1
The most common cause of computer noise is coolers. Unfortunately, "factory" coolers in the system assembly of cheap computers, office, etc. includes simple models that simply wear out over time. Such coolers should be cleaned of dust at least once every six months or a year. This can be done with a simple brush. However, these are not all problems that can happen to them. Over time, they may simply stop working. To prevent such a situation, it is best to replace a simple cooler with a more durable one (for example, a cooler from Zalman).

Sometimes the fault may not be in the cooler at all, but in the overheating of the processor. Perhaps not everyone knows, but thermal paste should be applied to the processor (optimally once a year, without it the processor overheats). Hence, a sharp increase in the cooler speed without an optimal speed setting.
Step 3
Noise is caused by processes in the operating system too. When everything is clogged, the hard drive, cooler, etc. work hard. Therefore, to prevent noise, you need to take into account the capabilities of the computer or improve the components (especially the cooler).

In order to reduce noise as much as possible under normal conditions, you can use the Everest program or a special utility for the motherboard. Such utilities can control the speed of the cooler to the desired rpm. With the help of the program, you can track the speed, listen to the noise. Moreover, Everest is optimally configurable, it also sees a critical installation.
Step 5
With the help of additional components, the noise of the computer can be reduced sufficiently. In particular, install several good coolers (from Zalman) instead of one. It is recommended to install a cooler on the back of the computer for additional cooling of the video card and hard drive. In this case, the noise should be reduced.
