Instructions
Step 1
Check how the computer reacts to pressing the power button. If after it the computer does not perform any operations and does not even try to start, the problem most likely lies in the power supply, which supplies energy to the rest of the PC. Check carefully that all cables are connected and connected to the mains, try plugging the power cord into a different outlet. If the computer still does not start, then you need to replace the power supply.
Step 2
If the power supply is working and its fan is spinning, but the computer still refuses to start, it is likely that your motherboard is broken. It can be called the most expensive element in computer hardware. Replacing the board should be done in accordance with your processor model and the RAM you have installed. All this data can be found in the documentation for the computer.
Step 3
Open the side cover of the computer and check all the ribbon cable connections to the motherboard. Each wire must be firmly fixed in the correct slot or connected to the appropriate adapter.
