Instructions
Step 1
Convert Microsoft Power Point presentation to SWF format using PPT to Flash Converter. Download it from the developer's site www.conaito.com. Install the program and run it. Add a presentation to the project via the Add files menu item or simply drag and drop the file onto the program workspace. You can convert multiple files at the same time. If you accidentally add an extra file, remove it with the Remove tools tool
Step 2
Before you start converting, check the program settings. The settings window is launched using a button with a hammer and the inscription Properties. Study the possible setting variations carefully. In the SWF Format tab, you can choose to convert the video or audio stream. The Hight quality item is responsible for the high quality of the processed material. By setting the Loop indicator to Yes, you will have a looping video of the clip. Slide Transitions set to False cancels slide transitions.
Step 3
Switching to the Converting tab, in the top line of the Output Directory, set the folder to which the file will be copied after conversion. In the Interface tab, you can activate a function that always displays the video on top of other windows. Confirm the selected settings. Start converting your presentation by clicking the big blue button with a white triangle.
Step 4
To convert your presentation to PDF, use the free services of the site www.convertonlinefree.com. It allows you to create a PDF file without losing the quality of the original material. With the page open, click the Browse button and select the file you want. On this site you can process presentations created in Open Office and Microsoft Office applications
Step 5
Click on the "Convert" button and wait for the processing to finish. The process may take several minutes. If you need to change multiple files, use the Archive tab. Combine several presentations into a zip archive and upload through the form provided on the website.
