Among all versions of Daemon Tools, Daemon Tools Lite is completely free and licensed. It works great with all virtual disk formats. But it is impossible to create virtual images directly using this program. This can be done using Daemon Tools Pro. But if you do not create virtual disk images very often and you don’t make sense to pay for Daemon Tools Pro or you don’t have the time and desire to search the Internet for different versions of this program, you can do it differently.
Step 2
Download Daemon Tools Pro from the Internet first. You need to download a licensed trivial version with a limited period of use. Install this application on your computer. After installing it, restart your computer. Run the program. After the first launch, wait while Daemon Tools Pro creates virtual optical drives. After completing this process, you will find yourself in the main menu of the program.
Step 3
Insert the disc from which you want to create a virtual image into the optical drive of your computer. In the main menu of the program, select "File", then - the item "Create a new image". In the next window select "Start". The process of creating a disk image will begin. In this way, create images from the disks you need.

Of course, you can also mount images using Tools Pro. But since the version is trivial, it will become impossible to use the program after several days of work. After that, respectively, uninstall the program. Now download Daemon Tools Lite. Install. During the installation process, a window will appear where you have to select a paid or free license.
