When you buy a computer with a preinstalled non-localized Windows 7 operating system, you can make changes by adding the desired language using special programs.
Necessary
Vistalizator software
Instructions
Step 1
If you noticed the name of the program, it contains the word Vista - the older version of Windows 7. Despite this, it can be used to localize both the Vista environment and the Windows Seven system. It should be noted that not all versions of this system need to use this utility. There is another solution for Windows Seven Ultimate Edition - a utility that is included in the standard distribution.
Step 2
You can download Vistalizator on the page below. Open the Vistalizator link to download the program, then select the required Language pack version and click on the corresponding link. Before downloading, make sure you have the correct choice (operating system version and installed service pack).
Step 3
Install the program and run it from the Start menu or from the desktop. In the main window, click the Open button. In the dialog box that opens, you need to find and select the localization package that was recently copied from the Internet, and open (press the Enter key).
Step 4
After selecting the desired language, do not forget to click the Install language button. The process of installing localization files takes some time, which depends on the performance of your computer. In the window that appears, click the Yes button or the Enter key.
Step 5
It is also advisable to check for new versions of language packs installed in your operating system - to do this, click the Update languages button. Then apply the changes to re-run the localization. After completing this operation, close the program. In the dialog box that should appear when exiting the utility, click Yes (restart the computer).
Step 6
When the system boots, you will see a welcome window for the already localized version.
