Instructions
Step 1
Run the installer of the macOS operating system from its media, select the preferred menu language, in which you will be given instructions in the future.
Step 2
Read the terms of the license agreement carefully. Check the boxes where you want to continue with the installation and agree with the provider's terms of service.
Step 3
In the menu for selecting the installation location that opens, select the "Utilities" tab, then select the "Disk Utility" sub-item. A dialog box will appear in which you need to click on the button with the "Erase" command. This operation is similar to formatting - it will delete all files on your hard drive.
Step 4
After fully formatting your computer, close the Disk Utility window - you will no longer need it. When the system detects the disk, continue working by clicking on it with the mouse button.
Step 5
In the "Installation Information" menu that appears, select a configuration setting and check the appropriate boxes. Click the "Finish" button and continue with the further installation process.
Step 6
Wait until the check of the hard disk is finished for operability and the presence of bad sectors, copying and installation of the MacOS operating system on your computer.
Step 7
After completing the software installation procedure, restart your computer. Then, at the first start, make all the settings necessary for operation in accordance with your preferences and the configuration of the existing equipment.
Step 8
When you start the system further, the setup wizard will offer to adjust the keyboard operation, click the "Continue" button in the dialog box. Follow the keystroke identification procedure as required by your system.
