Step 1
Start changing your operating system settings by disabling unused applications, processes, and services. The fact is that the system initially supports a large number of features that are not needed by most users, but bear a certain load on the central processor.

Open the control panel by selecting the desired item in the "Start" menu. Go to the System menu and select the Administration submenu. You can also enter the name of the specified submenu in the search bar of the Start menu. Now open the Services menu.

Activate sorting services by startup type. Carefully study all the utilities that are included automatically after the operating system boots. Right-click on the unneeded service. Open the properties of this process.

Expand the menu in the Startup Type field. Set this service to Manual or Disabled. Click the Apply button and close the dialog menu. Follow the described algorithm for other unnecessary services.

Start changing the parameters of the operating system with the hard disk. Open the Start menu and select Computer. In the new window, right-click on the name of one of the available hard drive partitions.
