Replacing the chipset is not available for every motherboard, plus the whole process is not intended to be done at home. But if you still want to replace it, you need to have a spare motherboard in case of a breakdown.

Instructions
Step 1
Take a close look at your motherboard's chipset. Remember that its design is not intended for further replacement of this part, any other component part can be changed on the motherboard, and their removal and installation is carried out using special fastening mechanisms. Here, the chipset is soldered into the board (in some cases, if you're lucky, it is glued) and you will have to perform quite a lot of manipulations to remove it. Also download the manual for your device model beforehand.
Step 2
Purchase a chipset for your motherboard. It is quite difficult to find this part, it is easier to order on the Internet. After that, disconnect the motherboard from the case of your system unit and disconnect all devices from it - modems, video card, sound card, RAM, and so on.
Step 3
Disconnect the power wires without fail. If your chipset is adhered to the board with hot melt glue, use a special solvent, but note that it should not damage the board. You can also pry it off with a paper cutter.
Step 4
Disconnect it from the board, then look at the instructions for how to attach the chipset. Connect it using special hot melt glue to secure its position. Do not use the usual "Clay Moment" or something like that.
Step 5
If the chipset is soldered to the motherboard, take it to a service center. In no case do not perform any actions with it at home, at least in order to remove it. In the future, you can install a new chipset using a soldering iron yourself, but it is best of all to entrust this matter to the service center workers.
Step 6
Think seriously about buying another motherboard model, since replacing the chipset will cost you about the same amount, but the result of replacing it yourself in most cases does not lead to positive results.
