When working with Photoshop, there is often a need to change the color of the marker. There are times when you need to replace colors on already finished layers, and this must be done so that individual elements of the image do not suffer.
Necessary
Personal computer, Adobe Photoshop
Instructions
Step 1
Changing the marker color at the initial stage of drawing. If you are just starting to draw a graphic on a new layer, you can define the marker color as follows. On the left side of the program there is a toolbar, on which you will see two multi-colored squares superimposed on each other. They are exactly what you need. Click on any of these squares and, once in the color control panel, select the option you want. The marker will now paint with the color of your choice. If you plan to work mainly in two colors, switch the squares using the arrow next to it and set the second color option. Switching between colors is determined by switching these squares.
Step 2
Replacing the marker color on an already drawn layer. Consider, as an option, the orange text, which you plan to set a different color. To do this, select the layer on which the text is located (in the toolbar on the right). After that, activate the "Text" tool (the letter "T" on the left toolbar) and select the entry that you want to change. Having selected the text, click on the same squares and select the color you need, after which, click the OK button. This will change the color of the text.
Step 3
If you want to match the color as it is in a certain image, you should initially open this image. Next, open the color control panel (squares) and just hover the cursor over the color in the image that you need. Clicking OK will save the selected color.
The color control panel determines the colors for absolutely all tools - be it text, pencil, brush or fill, they will be performed with the color of your choice.
