The ribbon can be displayed both minimized and expanded. To select the desired type of ribbon display, right-click on it and mark the "Minimize ribbon" item in the context menu with a marker, or, conversely, remove the marker from this item using the left mouse button.
Step 3
Above the ribbon to the left of the Office button is the Quick Access Toolbar. There can be placed buttons that the user often needs during work, for example, with the commands "Save", "Undo the last action", "Redo action". If you click on the arrow button on the right side of this panel, a submenu expands. In it, you can mark the commands that you need with a marker, and they will appear as buttons on the quick access toolbar. If there are too few commands in the list, select More Commands and add buttons from the expanded list.
