Step 1
Open Microsoft Office Word if you have one on your computer, if not, download it and use the trial version. Using the "File" menu, select the document you need in the file browser window.

If necessary, edit the document in the program, make any necessary changes and go to the tab on the first page. Save using the "File" menu, specifying the dbf format in the extension using the drop-down menu. Your best bet is to select dbf-3, which is readable by most programs.

Go to the tab on the second page of the document and repeat the same action. Please note that it is best to save all pages of a document in the same format. Saving the document completely as a dbf file is not provided, which partially explains the fact that the permission is outdated.

To open a file of this format in the future, right-click on it and select "Open with.." in the context menu and select Microsoft Office Excel or any other analogue installed on your computer from the list of programs.
