Step 1
In the flash application open in your browser, find the mute button. Sometimes there can be two buttons - one of them turns off the music, if there is one in your case, the other turns off the sounds of the application itself. If you cannot find them in the control menu, read carefully the information for users regarding its use; you may find mute options there.

Go to the main menu of the flash application settings; it is quite possible that the sound and music can be adjusted or removed completely in one of its points. Also try to right-click directly on the program itself and find the desired option in the context menu.

If you want to turn off the sound in a flash application running on your computer, use special programs to open them. They usually contain additional playback functions, which also include the ability to mute sound or music. Regular browsers won't work here, you rather need a flash player.

In cases where you need to turn off the sound of an application, use the complete mute of the computer volume. This is relevant in cases where the program menu does not provide a special control or you simply cannot find it.

This can be done by pressing the corresponding button on your keyboard, reducing the volume level to the minimum in the speakers or headphones themselves, turning on the minimum volume level for the sound card from the corresponding menu in the lower right corner of the Windows taskbar, and so on. This method is not very convenient because it will also affect the playback of your music player, video player, online chat software, and so on.
