The sound of the phone keypad helps people with thick fingers and rough, insensitive skin know if a key has been pressed. Step 1
Open the general phone menu. As a rule, it is controlled by the upper right key.
Step 2
Find and open the Sound Settings folder. Depending on the model, it may be located in the intermediate folder "Settings" or "Phone settings".
Step 3
Find the Keyboard Sound group. Open and find the Mute Sound command. Confirm your selection and exit the menu. Check the settings change.
