Step 1
To get started, open Microsoft Office Word. Type in the required text or word in which you want to put stress on the keyboard.

Place the cursor after the letter you want the accent to be above. Open the Insert menu. Click on the inscription "Symbol".

In the "Symbol" window that opens, in the "Set" field, open the drop-down list and find "merged diacr. signs ". In the suggested sign window, find the accent symbol - it is closer to the middle. There are several similar signs there, so consider the options and choose the one that suits you best. Select it and click the button in the "Insert" window. Then close the window.
