Almost all browsers allow not only navigating through sites and pages, but also downloading various files. However, during the download process, various errors may occur, for example, downloading files in the Opera browser.

Instructions

Step 1

The system of this browser often interrupts the download of the file. There are also situations where the download is interrupted due to the lack of an internet connection. What to do in such situations? First, start the browser again. You need to find the file that was loaded in this browser. To do this, press F4 and select the "Downloads" tab in the left menu.

Step 2

Open this tab. You should see a list of all recently uploaded files. They were all downloaded using this browser. Find the file you need to download in the list. Then right-click on it and select "Resume". The download of this file will resume from where it left off. However, there are situations when the file is downloaded first. But what to do, for example, if about 100 MB was downloaded, and the traffic is paid?

Step 3

To do this, you will have to cheat the system a little. Open the C: / Documents and Settings / Admin / My Documents / folder. All downloaded files are stored here by default. If you have a different directory, then open it (you can see it through the "General settings" button). Go to the "Advanced" tab and select "Downloads". Review the path that is registered to save all downloaded files. Move the old, unfinished file to a different folder. Next, start re-downloading the file that is present in the downloads. As soon as the file starts downloading, click on the "Pause" button.

Step 4

Now go to the folder that is registered in the system by default. Replace the old file with the new one. Next, click the "Resume" button in the "Downloads" tab on the file. The download will start from where it was stopped for the first time. Now you can download the file in this browser without any problems. If you experience similar problems, follow the same steps.
