When performing operations affecting system settings and operating system security issues, the control module intercepts the action and asks the user if he is really sure of the procedure being performed.

Instructions
Step 1
Click the "Start" button in the corner of the screen and select "Control Panel". In Control Panel, select the "User Accounts and Family Safety" section. It is in this section of system settings that you can make the necessary account settings and disable the administration of the operating system. It is also worth noting that in the Windows XP operating system, this menu is called "Accounts".
Step 2
Go to the subsection "User Accounts" and find the item "Change User Account Control Settings". Click on this inscription with the left mouse button. If this item is missing, it means that you do not have computer administrator access rights. You need to log in as a user who has certain rights to change the settings on the computer. A window will appear where, using the usual slider, you can change the level of control over user actions. Drag the pointer below using the mouse. If you want to completely disable administration, place it in the very bottom position.
Step 3
You can also disable administration in the "System and Security" section, in the "Support Center". On the left side of the Action Center window, find the "Change User Account Control Settings" item. You will be taken to the same window mentioned above. Controlling user actions, manifested in the appearance of requests for confirmation of each significant action, is more annoying with its intrusiveness than it performs useful functions to ensure system security.
Step 4
If you need to resume administration work, perform all operations on the computer in the same way.
