It is almost impossible to make a copier out of a scanner directly at home. Therefore, it becomes necessary to have additional devices such as a printer. He will be directly responsible for printing. How to organize their joint work correctly?
Necessary
Borland Turbo Assembler
Instructions
Step 1
In order to make a copier out of the scanner, purchase a printing device in advance. It must be chosen based on the purpose - whether you will be printing photographs or ordinary documents in large quantities. Printers are different: inkjet, laser, matrix. The most widespread at the moment are laser printers in the field of printing monochrome and color documents and inkjet for photo printing.
Step 2
Connect both devices - scanner and printer to one computer using the cables supplied. Also, install the device drivers and perform the initial setup in the corresponding menu on the control panel.
Step 3
Select this printer as the default printing device if you have more than one. When using a network printer, perform the setup on both computers after making sure that the LAN connection is correct.
Step 4
Proceed to install special software to print the scanned image on a printer without using the computer menu. If you have programming skills, you can also easily write it yourself, while creating a menu with conditions that imply the options for printing documents you need (for example, using the Borland Turbo Assembler, if you know the Assembler machine programming language). To develop a program, use a builder, a compiler and an emulator; the programming language for such programs is best chosen based on the characteristics of the devices.
Step 5
If you have an all-in-one, read the user manual for how to use it directly without connecting to a computer. This mode is supported by most multifunctional printers, in this case all print parameters are set directly from the control panel.
