Whether it is a printer or an MFP, there are printing problems associated directly with malfunctions inside the machine that cannot be solved by a standard diagnostic utility. And then there is only one way out - repair with penetration into the bowels of the device.

Instructions
Step 1
There can be many reasons for this: the print head is clogged / dry, you need to clean the paper sensor, check the feed and movement mechanisms, the print head, remove foreign objects, a jamming device. The design of most printers is similar, especially if we consider models of the same company and one line.
Step 2
The first step is to move the print head to the parking area (applies to inkjet devices).
Step 3
Then open the cover and remove the cartridges.
Step 4
Next, disconnect the device from the mains and proceed to dismantle the case.
Step 5
Detach the paper guide accessory panels. Take a screwdriver in your hand and remove the screws that secure the outer plastic panels of the case.
Step 6
Then remove the control board. To do this, unscrew the screws that secure it to the printer bed and disconnect the wires going to it.
Step 7
Next, unscrew the screws securing the bed and set it aside.
Step 8
Next, disconnect the cables leading to the printhead and remove it from the guides.
Step 9
All units of the device are now available. This completes the general disassembly stage. Further, it all depends on the specific malfunction and the printer model.
Step 10
Assembly is carried out upside-down. Assembly / disassembly operations should be carried out with extreme caution so as not to damage multiple sensors. Otherwise, the work done may not only be useless, but can also cause irreparable damage to an already faulty printer.
