When the user finishes working on the document, the buffer still holds the huge contents of the copied text. And at the same time, RAM resources are mercilessly consumed so that the entire system slows down. Some especially advanced applications, however, offer to clean the clipboard after completion of work. But in most cases, the user has to clear the buffer himself. The Hot Copy Paste utility has been specially developed for this. In it, you can not only clear the entire clipboard, but also select only "garbage" for deletion, leaving the necessary fragments in the same place.
Instructions
Step 1
Download and install on your computer the free Hot Copy Paste clipboard utility. After installation, run the program for execution. A window will appear on the screen where you can view all the contents of your clipboard.
Step 2
In the history area of saved fragments, find the picture or text that you need to delete. To do this, select the items in the list one by one and view the saved content in a special window below the list area. When you find the fragment you are looking for, leave it selected.
Step 3
If there are a lot of saved fragments and it is difficult to search among them, set a filter on the content so that only fragments of a certain type are displayed. To do this, on the toolbar, click on the "Filter:" button and select the type of the desired fragment from the drop-down list. In this case, only the saved fragments of the set type will remain in the general list in the window.
Step 4
Remove the selection from the clipboard. To do this, select the main menu items of the utility "Edit" - "Delete". The selected line will disappear from the list in the window and the fragment from the system RAM corresponding to the clipboard will also be deleted.
Step 5
If you need to delete all the contents of the clipboard at once, there is a separate option in the program for this. In the main menu, select "Edit" - "Delete All". The clipboard is cleared completely.
