Sometimes it becomes necessary to burn large files on a DVD, but the standard media has a capacity of 4.7 Gb. For all files to be recorded, you need to use a double-sided disc and special software.

Instructions
Step 1
Purchase licensed Nero Burning ROM software. Install it on your personal computer. Activate the license via the Internet by visiting the official website of the manufacturer's company. Download and install the latest update for this program.
Step 2
Start the Nero Burning ROM application. In the dialog box that appears, on the left, you need to change the CD to DVD option. Select the DVD-ROM (boot) file format. This operation allows you to create a disc with the autorun function (autorun.exe). Check the box next to the entry “Burn Multisession Disc”. Now click the "New" button.
Step 3
A new dialog box will appear in front of you. On the left is the name of a standard blank disc. Right-click on it. Select "Rename …". Indicate the required and convenient name for you. Press the Enter key.
Step 4
In the right part of the dialog box, click on the disk size selection menu. Install option DVD9 (8152 Mb), this operation will allow you to record 8 Gb. Insert a double-sided blank DVD into the drive of your personal computer.
Step 5
Click on the drop-down menu "Edit". Then click the "Add Files" button. In the window that appears, specify the exact path to the files that you want to write to a blank disk. Select the files prepared for recording and click the "Add" button.
Step 6
Click the "Record" button. While the files are being copied to the disc, you will be prompted to insert the next disc. Open the drive and turn over the double-sided DVD. After "burning" click on the button "Check for errors". The files have been successfully written to disk.
