Setting up a printer's color profile takes place in several stages. To edit it, special programs are used, the use of which implies that you have the skills to work with them.

Instructions
Step 1
Download and install the Adobe Photoshop software and the optional Color DarkRoom plug-in on your computer. Register the software product, and then, without launching it, install the add-on to the C: / Program Files / Adobe / Adobe Photoshop / plugins folder. Before copying, be sure to check the add-on for viruses (for cases when they were not downloaded from the official Adobe website).
Step 2
Open the Adobe Photoshop program on your computer, then open the color card, which is located in the C: / Program Files / AMS / Color DarkRoom / Color_Card directory. This is done through the file open menu in the program itself.
Step 3
If the color profile you are opening has the * icm extension, leave everything unchanged; if your profile has a different permission, just change it manually, without fail leaving the original unchanged.
Step 4
Open the "Printers" menu in the computer control panel, then right-click on the device you are using and select "Properties". Go to the color management tab and click the button with the same name. Remember the displayed profile name.
Step 5
Print a color card with the original profile so you know which colors need to be edited. You can do this directly from the Adobe Photoshop menu. In this case, print on the printer whose profile you are editing; pay attention to this if it is not installed by your default device.
Step 6
Apply the necessary settings: select your printer, the position of the sheet for printing, uncheck the "Center" option and place the image in a way convenient for you, check the print management item with the printer profile. Print the map, then, based on the results obtained, manually change the gradation of the desired colors.
