Step 2
As noted, the cartridge must be examined very carefully. The holes where you can add toner are usually closed with a cap. Also, the cartridge must have a waste toner compartment. Disassemble the cartridge. Empty the used toner and then add new one. At first glance, everything is very simple. But a lot depends on the type of cartridge. Some of them are very easy to understand. More time should be taken to disassemble other models. When all toner operations are complete, reassemble the toner cartridge.

If your cartridge is equipped with a chip (now many inkjet and laser cartridges are equipped with them), then in order to use it, you need to update the chip. The device for zeroing chips is called a programmer. You need to purchase a programmer that is suitable for your printing device model.
Step 4
Typically, the procedure for zeroing a chip is as follows. Turn on the programmer. Bring it to the cartridge chip. The indicator light on the programmer should come on. Hold it in this position for a few seconds. When the indicator light changes color, it means that the cartridge is zeroed. Now you can insert it into the printer. Try printing a test page. If everything went well, the page should print normally.
