In addition, professional hard drive manufacturers provide their creations with a very important function that allows you to control the noise level. This feature is called Advanced Acoustic Management. The essence of this function is to control the electrical parameters of the electric drive, which allows many times to reduce the noise level. It should be noted that such an operation is not recommended on disks with an operating system, since reducing the noise level entails a significant increase in the time for accessing and searching for the necessary information.

If the programs do not help, you can purchase a hard drive box, which is equipped with stands that dampen vibration from the hard drive.
