Instructions
Step 1
If, when the system starts, a banner appears on the desktop that blocked the operation of the system and requires you to send an SMS message, then do not succumb to provocations. This malicious program is named “Trojan. Winlock”.
Step 2
Download a special utility from the antivirus software website that eliminates viruses (https://download.geo.drweb.com/pub/drweb/livecd/drweb-livecd-600.iso). Burn this program to a blank disk using the multisession settings of the virtual disk emulator
Step 3
Insert this disc into your personal computer's CD or DVD drive. Reboot your operating system. When the BIOS starts up, the program will start automatically. It will scan virtual hard disk partitions and remove any malicious files. Start the OS again.
Step 4
You can remove a banner from your desktop using auxiliary years, which can be obtained on the official websites of antivirus manufacturers, for example, Kaspersky (https://support.kaspersky.ru/viruses/deblocker), Dr. Web (https://www.drweb.com/unlocker/index/?lng=ru), ESET Nod32 (https://www.esetnod32.ru/.support/winlock/) /. Step 5
Use System Restore to get rid of the malware that has infected your personal computer. Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Alt + Delete. In the dialog box that appears, left-click on the "File" drop-down list. Then click on the link "New task (Run …)". Enter the command “cmd.exe”. You will see a command line window. Enter the following:% systemroot% / system32 / restore / rstrui.exe. A window with the "System Restore" menu will open. Specify a rollback point and click Next.
Step 6
After restoring the system, install the new version of the anti-virus program and run a full scan of your personal computer.
