Step 1
Transfer the video you want to edit to the track. In the Movie Editing tab, select the Preview Video Effects heading. Select "Brightness, increase" from the list of suggested video effects. Hook on the effect and drag it onto the video that you have placed on the track.
Step 2
Apply the effect repeatedly until you get the brightness you want. You can also use the "Brightness, decrease" effect if you want to make the picture darker.
