Step 1
If you don't plan on working with video files all the time, download Windows Movie Maker from https://explore.live.com/windows-live-essentials-movie-maker-get-started. This editor allows you to perform all the operations necessary to join video clips. Install this application and restart your computer.
Step 2
Launch Movie Maker, open the Options tab and select "Russian" from the Language menu. Click the apply button and wait for the language menu to change. Open the File menu and click the New Project button. Select Import File. In the explorer menu that opens, find and select all the video fragments that will participate in the connection process. Click the Add button.
Step 3
Now the names of the selected files will be displayed in the upper window of the work menu. Click the Settings tab and select Show Render Bar. After the desired panel appears, transfer the added files to it one by one. Better to add files in the order you want. This saves you the hassle of repartitioning the fragments.
Step 4
Add an audio track if you need to add music to a clip. To do this, open the "File" menu and click the "Import" button. Select a file in mp3 or wav format.
Step 5
After preparing the clip, open the File menu again and click the Save As button. Uncheck the "Maximum video size" checkbox. Check the box next to Provide Best Quality. Click the "Save" button and wait while the program performs the required operations.
Step 6
Run the resulting file and check the connection quality of the video fragments. Make sure there are no abrupt transitions and "blank" frames. Cut them out if necessary.
