For the convenience of working with e-mail, many programs have been developed. Choosing the right utility is easy. It is important to be able to correctly configure the settings for each specific program.
Instructions
Step 1
For quick access to mailboxes use The Bat program. It allows you to store information from a large number of email addresses at the same time. Download The Bat. Better choose the Russian version. This will facilitate the process of mastering the utility.
Step 2
Install the program and restart your computer. Launch The Bat shortcut on your desktop and wait for a new menu to open. Open the "Mailbox" tab and select "New mailbox". After pressing the required key, a window with the title "Create a new mailbox" will open.
Step 3
Fill in the "Box name" field. Enter any word or phrase. This will allow you to quickly navigate the main menu of the program. Click "Next". Fill in the fields "Name" and "E-mail address". In the second field, be sure to indicate the correct address for which you are creating a new mailbox.
Step 4
Click "Next". In the menu that opens, leave all the items unchanged and click "Next" again. Fill in the "Password" field. This is necessary in order for the program to be able to access your mailbox.
Step 5
Click "Next". Highlight Yes in the Check Mailbox Properties menu. Click Finish. Check the correctness of the entered data in the menu that opens. Click the Ok button and restart the program.
Step 6
To add another mailbox, repeat the described algorithm. Do not give identical names for different mailboxes. To update the list of letters in a specific mailbox, select it with the left mouse button and press the F2 key.
Step 7
After creating an inbox with a new email address, you will receive an automatic email sent to the specified address. If this does not happen, check the correctness of the specified parameters. Pay special attention to the fields "E-mail address" and "Password".
