High-speed hard drives have an unpleasant habit of overheating, and frequent temperature jumps and prolonged overheating do not have a positive effect on the health of the part. To prevent this, regularly clean the system unit from dust. Install a program for measuring temperature, for example, AIDA64 or Everest and take a look at its readings. Winchester shouldn't be hotter than 45 degrees Celsius. If the hard drives get hot, put additional airflow or a special cooling system on the devices themselves.

The voltage drops that occur periodically are also not the most useful thing for the hard drive. First of all, take care of purchasing a normal power supply, powerful enough to keep the entire PC running. It's a good idea to install an uninterruptible power supply. In the event of a power outage, it will help to turn off the PC correctly and relieve the hard drive from stress.
