Humanity has always strived and strives to ensure an easy life for itself by automating tedious processes of the same type, and the computer is no exception. Automating the application installer and Windows is every user or network administrator's dream.
Necessary
MultiSet program
Instructions
Step 1
Before creating the package, make sure that the software for which you are creating the package is not present on your computer. This is necessary to exclude possible errors. If this software is installed on your computer, uninstall it from the control panel or by using the firmware built into the software.
Step 2
After you are sure that the software you are looking for is not present on your computer, copy its distribution to a directory on your hard drive. Start the MultiSet program and click on the "New package" button. Here the program will offer to name the package, specify the path to the installation startup file and select a category for the package.
Step 3
After making the changes suggested by the program, start the program for execution. A warning about disabling anti-virus protection and firewall will appear. Disable them, as they check all files, and we don't need extra entries in the script. If during the creation of the package there was a failure in the script, then correct it on the "Script" tab located in the "Package properties" window.
Step 4
The package was recorded successfully, and you can see it either in a specific category of packages, or by clicking on the "All packages" icon. All recorded files with *.mst extension can be checked. To do this, use any virtual machine, for example, Oracle VM VirtualBox. When testing, you will most likely have to adjust the path to the executable files.
Step 5
Next, the program will prompt you to create a bootable disk. Create it with programs or with Windows, or you can even immediately with programs and with Windows. Burn the resulting ISO image to a CD or DVD and use it for subsequent automatic installation. It should be noted that you do not have to enter the product code, name, organization and regional settings, as you will do when creating the boot disk image.
